Beauty- L’Oreal True Match Le Blush

l'oreal le blush

I am currently having a moment with powder blushes, so when these guys hit my beauty desk I was immediately intrigued. This was my first time trying out a blush from L’Oreal(I am in love with their eyeshadows and lipsticks already), and to pop my L’Oreal blush cherry, I was send the new True Match Le Blush in 2 gorgeous shades. This is an updated version of the original Le Blush with its new, more square packaging and some new colours in the range.

L’Oreal is all about finding the right shade for you when it comes to any make-up product, so their blusher is no different. L’Oreal understands that every woman has a different skin tone and that every skin tone suits a specific blush color to it. With this in mind, the le blushes were created and I got sent the two shades that would suit me the best- the peachy perfection called Nectarine and a very hectic pink called Rose In Love.

Lets talk about the shades.

My favorite of the two, because I can’t resist a pretty orange blush in summer time. The shade is gorgeous and the blushes are SUPER pigmented- one swipe with a brush and its enough. I found this shade to blend into my skin perfectly and give me a healthy pop of color and glow.Don’t I just look peachy?:)

Rose In Love

I mean we could all use a pop of color, but this shade is so pigmented and so bright that I had to use a very light hand to not look like a clown. Just see how much comes onto my finger after one swipe in the swatches above and you will understand a little goes a long way with this shade! This is a very warm pink so I would recommend it for girls with light to medium skin tone. It’s a gorgeous every-day pop of color that all of us could use!

The packaging is super pretty and each blush comes with a little compact inside it that has a mirror and a little brush. A brush is handy to have on-the-go, but with these blushes I would rather recommend using a bigger brush, like a kabuki, because you need the color to spread around nicely rather than have it all gathered in one place.

These guys are hitting the stores this month and cost R169.95 each. A great, budget friendly blush that comes in many shades to satisfy every skin tone!
