To continue the Valentines Day theme(I told you there is going to be a lot of pink here), on Saturday I met up with my blogger girls for little bit of a Valentines Day lunch. We went to Life Grande Cafe, which I love, and had a fun girls day out. We decided that of course we were going to get dressed up a bit because why not? Dress up for girls begins when we are 5 and never really ends.
I love my midi skirts, and this pink one has been lying idle for way too long, so I decided to pull it out for another outing. It’s perfectly pink and the see through bit at the bottom adds just that little bit of sexy. I decided to go all-out Stepford Wife with my outfit and paired the skirt with a white lace collared shirt. Oh and the pink Ted Baker bowed shoes really add to the whole look. There is something about the 1950s decade that I really love- not the Stepford wife bit, but the fashion bit 😉
So if you are planning on going out on a girls lunch, dress it up and be girly. I love being a girl and playing dress up! Cassi and Ali also went all out pink, and so did Chicara even though she refused to pose for photos with us 😉 After delicious pink drinks and lots of conversation and coffee we went back home, and I felt really happy knowing I had a great time with my girls!
