Outfit Of The Day - A Pop Of Colour

I have always said how much I love colour but I tend to stick to more neutral and softer hues in the winter. Well, not anymore! 🙂 I thought I would go all out here and look like a ray of sunshine in this bright yellow blouse that I picked up on my shopping spree with Woolworths and this Blackcherry bag!:) I have always loved yellow, so much that my matric dance dress was a canary yellow shade. Over the years I have drifted towards other colours like purple and pink, but yellow will always have a special place in my heart and wardrobe!

These Lucky Brand jeans have to be the most comfy jeans I own and they seem to fit my (sometimes large) bum no matter what size it is. I have really been wearing them just a little bit too much, but they are so versatile! To accessorize an already bright outfit I added my awesome lipstick ring and a beautiful “Love” necklace, and threw on my nude ALDO pumps. I wore this to a Stuttafords event on Tuesday and yes I did stick out like a sore thumb in bright yellow. But hey, isn’t the colour gorgeous?
