I am a huge fan of floral print- yes it’s girly blah, blah, blah but then again so am I. I love feminine styles and floral print is a huge part of that. I have had these pants in my closet for over 2 years, and I wear them all the time, so it’s about time they got featured on the blog! My dad called them “pajama pants” the one time I wore them, and okay I guess they can look a little off when worn with the wrong things. So today I am showing you my go-to styling of the floral pants for the spring season(not everyone is heading into winter ;))
The first trick with floral pants, is that they have to be worn with heels. That adds structure to the outfit and even makes the outfit look more professional and put-together. The second trick is that if you are already wearing something so hectic on your pants, try go for a neutral top(unless you want to go bold). A white blouse is the perfect antidote to the floral pants, and I love the lace details of it. I added my yellow Anni King bag to the party, and some soft curls.
I took these photos a while back at the Four Seasons, which is starting to feel like my second home- I am there every week! I have fallen in love with the place and the chefs there make a mean risotto(mmmmmmmm). PS Mondays outfit was also taken there- did you notice? The Four Seasons boasts so many pretty views, you would never know its one place!:)
