Outfit Of The Day- Happy Yellow

Todays outfit post is all about embracing all of those fun summer shades, and my first favorite shade of summer is yellow! It’s just such a happy hue, full of sunshine and happiness! So I decided to go yellow today with my dress, which is a perfect summer frock with its fun design and light-as-a-feather material.

I was recently on holiday at the coast and sun,sea and sand is my dream life. Except for the humidity, which is the real reason I could never live at the coast- my hair goes mad! I could barely calm it down for the photos before it decided to go hay-wire again.It’s something I embrace while I’m at the beach, but could not do full-time!

I got this pretty summer dress at Zara recently and could not wait to wear it. It’s so light and fresh, and just reminds me exactly what summer is all about. I paired it with white heels to play on the white details in the dress, and my baby yellow Anni King bag to play on the yellow bits in the dress.I decided to go a little bit classic with my shades and make-up. I got these gorgeous cat-eye sunnies from Sunglass Hut 2 years ago as a gift and they are one of my favorites because cat-eye will never go out of style! I paired them with a bold red-lip for that little bit of a 50s feel.
