Hi lovely people! I hope everyone had a stunning weekend! I am back from my trip to the paradise that is Ballito and of course I couldn’t resist snapping some outfit photos there! Ballito is my favourite holiday place and I have been going there with my family since I was a teenager. It is a resort holiday town on the North Coast of Durban. There are plenty other holiday towns there but Ballito just does it for me. If I could live anywhere it would be there, and looking at this gorgeous scenery could you blame me?
My hair tends to do its own thing at the coast, it wants to curl and go wild, and so I let it do its thing. Normally in most of my outfit posts my hair is straight(have you checked out my Inoar Hair Oil giveaway here) so I thought it would be a nice change to let out my natural hair texture. We took the pictures by the pool at the place where we stayed. It is an infinity pool and yes I was scared of falling off the edges when I was standing there! But seeing the pretty tropical background makes it so worth it! This River Island dress was part of their Ibiza Beach collection back in 2012 and I fell in love with it then and bought it. I haven’t had many occasions to which I could wear this dress to, so I couldn’t miss an opportunity here! I love the vibrant colours of the dress and the high-low(or as I like to call it, the “Mullet”) design. It is a bit of a baggy dress, but just what you need for the beach to look super glam. Being at the beach I didn’t add anything extra like accessories, just a bright lip to match(and yes I did swin afterwards, and no the lipstick didnt come off:))!
What do you think of my look? Also if you love all things Décor, keep an eye out on my next post!

Your dress is stunning. So jealous you were in Ballito; I haven’t been there in years but love it.
