Happy Friday guys! Aren’t you glad its the weekend? I can’t believe I’m off to Paris and Moscow in less than a week already eek! The other day I spotted this cute little jumpsuit at Mr.Price, and I knew I that I couldn’t wait until winter was over to show it off, so I decided to do a winter outfit with it today, to show you guys how to wear a jumpsuit during the colder months. Granted, its been super chilly in Joburg the last few weeks, and I would suggest adding a coat to the look now(we shot it while it was still a bit warmer).

I have loved the colour maroon(or burgundy, or as Pantone calls it”marsala”) for a while now- all of those colours are pretty similar, but the way boys see it, it’s all dark red. I think a couple of years back it was even called ox blood, the point is, it’s a dark red colour that is fabulous for winter!:) Although I do find myself wearing a lot of monochrome in winter, a pop of colour, even if it is a dark one is always a nice way to spice winter up.

I love wearing tights with everything in winter, and pairing a cute jumpsuit with tights makes for a lovely winter look. I added a matching hat to the party, and of course I couldn’t resist a dark lippie. This one is from Bobbi Brown and it is called Berry Noir(PS did you know you can now get Bobbi Brown products online at Red Square?). I am a huge lover of my matte lipsticks(and MAC ones at that), but I have really being enjoy the Bobbi Brown ones- a will do a review on them soon! To break up all of the maroon(or marsala,or burgundy;)) I added a two-tone Blackcherry bag and black ankle booties.

What do you think? Add a coat and you are ready to go off to a party!:)
