Happy Thursday guys, it is almost the weekend! I am heading for a little weekend getaway tomorrow, and I couldn’t be more excited! There is a lovely treat in store for you today, as I am here to tell you about the Johnson’s skincare range, and its 2 latest additions- The Even Complexion and the Oil Control, as well as give you a little break down on their Daily Essentials and Hydration Essentials ranges. And get this- up for grabs today are not 1, not 2 and not even 3 hampers- I have 6 Johnson’s skincare hampers to giveaway, hooray!

I was introduced to the new Johnson’s skincare range additions last month, and as much as I love luxury skincare, I am always in the market for a budget friendly version. I use Johnson’s make-up remover wipes almost daily, and they are also the handiest things to travel with! Their Daily Essentials Range has products for all the different skin types (for dry, normal, combination and oily skin), and I have recently also become a fan of their Hydration Essentials Range. I mentioned the lovely Hydration Essentials Face Mask on my Snapchat, because it seriously feels like the Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Masque, but for a fraction of the cost! I will share more about the Hydration Essentials Range with you in a few weeks, because today its time to focus on the new additions to the Johnson’s skincare family!

First up is the Even Complexion Range.

This range is ideal for young ladies who suffer with a bit of a discoloration/pigmentation or even have some odd dark marks here and there. It is enriched with skin loving red berry and soy and it promises to reduce the appearance of blotchiness in just 4 weeks! The goodies in this range include the Facial Wash With Bursting Beads which comes in a big 150 ml tube (R49.95) and in a 100 ml (R34.95), which is perfect for your travels, or to have on hand when you are staying over at a friend (or a boyfriends place).

The range also contains a Cleansing Bar (R13.95) and a Day and a Night cream (R34.95 for each). The great thing about this range is that although it is targeted for ladies with complexion concerns, it can actually be used for any skin type!

So no matter if you have a dry, normal or combination skin, this range will fit into your skincare routine seamlessly.

The second addition is the Oil Control Range, and this one is my little baby. When I first gave the face wash from this range a sniff, I was in love. Because it contains extracts of grapefruit and lemongrass, it smells unbelievably fresh and invigorating! I have a combination skin, which means I have a really oily T-zone, while my poor cheeks and chin are often left feeling quite dry.

I have been using this Face Wash for a couple of weeks now, and so far I love the results. I honestly didn’t expect to love it as much as I do, but hey you can’t help whom you fall in love with right ;)? Please do yourself a favor, and next time you are browsing around Dischem, give this range a little sniff! I use it in the mornings while washing my face, and it’s almost like my skin wakes up with me!

    I want to win the Daily Essentials Combination Skin Hamper.

    I’ve always had clear skin, until last year when the stress of 2nd year hit me and I got a huge breakout. Ever since then my skin has never been the same. I’ve tried almost every product under the sun, but nothing seems to work. Hopefully Johnsons Daily Essentials Combination Skin Hamper will do the trick 🙂
