Outfit Of The Day- Preppy Vibes

I have always loved the preppy vibe ever since Blair Waldorf showed us how it can be done with style in Gossip Girl. Make no mistake, I hated my school uniform(because it was a disgusting yellow checkered print), but I love the whole shirt,black skirt and even a little backpack vibe. Denim shirts are a great investment piece and this is my second one from Mr.Price- last time I paired it with a midi skirt, and now with a mini. Maybe I will wear it with jeans next time just to show you guys how many times you can actually re-wear something like that!

I got the backpack just before my Dubai trip from Anni King, and I can’t wait to use it again on my trip to Paris and Moscow.I got this quilted skirt from Forever 21 in Dubai- I know we have a Forever 21 in Cape Town in South Africa, but honestly you can’t compare it to the overseas prices. The skirt was barely R150, and it is great quality and I love the design! I am sure you are sick by now of seeing my River Island shoes, but hey when a girl loves a pair of shoes, she loves them. The same goes for the Chanel sunglasses- the best pair of sunnies I ever got, and can you believe I ever hesitated about getting them?

I am in study-mode right now so the big blog celebrations will begin next week- I have 4 exciting competitions for you, cute outfits and beauty reviews. Also since I will be off to Europe on the 18th, expect a little change of season styling for a little bit.
