Lookbook- Circa Gallery

Have you ever laid your eyes on a clothing item and just knew you had to have it? It happens to me very often and I usually give into the urge and buy the item because I know otherwise it will haunt me forever! There were a couple of times when I resisted and passed on the item and I usually really regret not getting it and think about it all the time. That was the feeling that I had when I saw this cute eyelash top from Bershka when we were in Barcelona- I had to have it!

It’s all good and well when you want something but since we were nearing the end of our trip I sort of started to run out of shopping money (this was right after I blew some cash in Sephora). I spotted this top in Bershka and while walking around the shopping area I couldn’t stop thinking about it. But what do you do when you have to choose between getting a new top and eating dinner? You call best friend to the rescue! Cassidy saw how much I wanted the top and she kindly bought it for me as my birthday present. I love, love, love the top and I couldn’t wait to wear it!

For this look I decided to pair it with something more casual like these loose fitting boyfriend jeans. I love a good pair of boyfriend jeans and I got these a few months back before my trip to Budapest. I also got the shoes to go along with them, and while I’m not usually a fan of the chunkier heel, I think it works lovely with these jeans. Keagan suggested that we shoot at the Circa Gallery in Rosebank, and I am ashamed to say that I only discovered it now! It’s such a beautiful place and I can’t wait to go visit it again and properly discover it this coming weekend.

Red lipstick is really becoming my signature thing and I feel almost naked without it! I am obsessed with this shade from Urban Decay called “714” (which is also the California area code) and I love wearing it all day, every day. Also I’m trying to get used to my hair being shorter and more straight as I haven’t worn it like that in over a year, but I’m kind of liking it. What do you think?
