I shot this look a while back with my mom, and almost completely forgot I had it! Which is a little bit crazy because I loved this look! I am not normally the one to throw in different kinds of accessories and prints- I am usually very coordinated and plan everything out. But this time I decided to mix things up, and when do you ever see me tie my hair up? PS I am getting my hair dyed today eeeek!
I love thrift shopping, that’s why I loved the Skip Fashion Exchange so much. High quality clothing that’s branded and sold at a cheaper price- yes please! I am the queen of sales and I always check out my favorite factory stores and outlets before going to the big shops. I also think of it as being eco-friendly, which is also why I sell my own clothes on the blog. I mentioned Westside Wardrobe before, and how I came across them on Facebook. Last year I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from them- this gorgeous lace dress form YDE, Guess jeans, Adam and Eve Dress, and one of the items was this gorgeous Prada Skirt. Now I don’t know about the actual origin of this skirt, but it looks and feels amazing, and doesn’t it look great?
I added a simple black lace blouse to it and then went all out with my accessories. The bag was another lucky find at 32 Clothing- an off-price retailer, and the bag was originally from Zara. The shoes were a Christmas gift from my mom,and I added gold midi rings and long orange earrings to the mix. It’s all a little wild, but I love experimenting every now and again. After all, that’s how you find your personal style.
Hope you have an amazing Friday!
