Si Rose Signature Eau De Parfum

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Giorgio Armani has opened a new chapter of Femininity. The latest addition to the Si fragrance franchise is here, and it is as delicious as it looks! The new Si Rose Signature Eau De Parfum is a delicate mix of the original Si notes with the addition of two rose accords that give an unexpected twist to the Si fragrance. It’s no secret that I am absolutely OBSESSED with the whole of the Si range, and I call it my signature scent all the time. This addition is rather lovely and super feminine so let’s have a look inside this gorgeous bottle!

The scent is still very reminiscent of the original Si, but of course with the addition of the rose accord, it is much more floral. The rose is considered to be an icon of beauty, femininity and passion and Giorgio Armani celebrates all three by bringing together two of the most famous roses in perfumery: the Rose de Mai and the Rose Turque. It still has the notes of mandarin and bergamot and of course the blackcurrant and the freesia. However this scent is distinguished by the middle rose notes, which are very prominent and potent. The two roses combine at the heart of the fragrance to create an opulent bouquet, and if you are wondering why I have Turkish delight in my photo (which I ate straight after taking this picture) it’s because one of the roses is a Turkish rose, hence the Turkish delight (I can’t take credit for coming up with it being in the photo though ;)). I love that this scent still kept true to its original roots, but added this delicious burst of a decadent rose to it for this version.

For the first time, the signature Sì bottle has been accessorized with this beautiful organza fabric. The tint of the juice in the bottle is a gorgeous pale pink, creating the impression of a veil for the skin. I love the addition of the fabric on the bottle because for me it really stands out and adds such a delicate touch. This perfume is very true to the Si franchise in the way that it is incredibly feminine, and it is made for the woman who says “Yes!” to life, laughter and happiness!
